You can easily delete outdated messages on our forums. You must be a registered user and logged in.

Whenever you are logged in and reading messages, it will show:

• This is your message, you can: [html tag removed] delete it

Below every message you have posted. If you wish to delete a message, simply click "delete it" and a small window will pop up confirming your desire to delete the message. You must check the box and click submit.

Your message will then be removed. Please note that when there is significant network congestion, your message may still appear for sometime.

If you are deleting a post that has no replies, it will be removed completely. If you are deleting a post that has been replied to, or a reply, your post or reply will be replaced with a message, "[Message deleted by user]".

The option to delete messages is not available to causal users (ie: those who have not registered). However, if you posted a message as a causal user and then registered with the same email address you used for your post, you will be able to delete that message.

If you posted as a causal users and used a bogus email address for your posting, you will not be able to delete that message whether you register or not, unless you are able to register with the same email address you posted the message under.
